THE NEWCOMBE HOUSE DEVELOPMENT
Newcombe House is currently a derelict tower block situated in the vibrant area of Notting Hill, London. KCS Limited want to develop this to consist of 190,000 sq ft of high end commercial and retail space across two buildings. The tower building will have epic views of the surrounding area (Hyde Park, Notting Hill, etc.) and balconies on all floors. It is likely to attract high end corporate clients from a variety of different sectors including fashion houses.
The brief was to come up with a name, brand identity, marketing materials as well as activation ideas to create buzz in the area during the build. The client wanted to excite potential customers and reflect it's premium location, build quality and views.
